Make Space. The Rest Will Find You
September 22, 2025
What if the clarity youโve been chasing is waiting in the space you never let yourself have?

Youโve done the journaling.
Youโve read the books.
Youโve set the goals.
Youโve meditated (or at least tried).
And still…thereโs that quiet ache.
That undercurrent of somethingโs missing.
That frustrating feeling like clarity is always one step ahead of you.
What if the clarity youโre chasing isnโt ahead of you at all?
What if itโs sitting beside you, just waiting for you to pause long enough to notice?
What if the answers arenโt hiding in more actionโฆ
but in the space you never let yourself have?
โจ The Busy Mindโs Dilemma
If youโre like most women I work with- ambitious, thoughtful, deeply drivenโyour mind is a well-oiled machine. Itโs helped you succeed, plan, protect, and achieve.
But when it comes to healing, clarity, or self-trust?
That same mind can become a tangled web of overthinking, pressure, and analysis paralysis.
It says things like:
โFigure it out.โ
โYou should have this solved by now.โ
โDo something about it.โ
But the reality is that you donโt need to DO more.
You need space to feel.
To listen.
To remember whatโs true for you.
๐ฌ๏ธ The Power of Space
Thereโs something magical that happens when we stop filling every moment with noise.
When we donโt reach for our phone.
When we donโt jump into the next task.
When we donโt turn our healing into another to-do list.
Space to be and feel isnโt empty.
Itโs FULL of wisdom.
In that pause (the one that feels awkward, unfamiliar, or โunproductiveโ) that
you meet the parts of yourself that have been trying to get your attention for years.
And most often…thatโs where your clarity lives.
In the quiet.
In the breath.
In the “I don’t know, but I’m listening.”
๐ฟ Try This: A 3-Minute Space-Making Practice
You donโt need hours. You just need willingness.
๐๏ธ The Clarity Pause
What you need:
Just yourself, a calm space, and 3 uninterrupted minutes.
1. Set a timer for 3 minutes.
Sit. Stand. Lie down. It doesnโt matter.
Let your body be however it wants to be.
2. Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take 3 natural breaths. Donโt change them. Just notice.
3. Ask one question (silently or aloud):
โWhatโs trying to come through me today?โ
You donโt need an answer.
You donโt need to make sense of it.
Just sit with the question. Let the silence do the work.
4. When the timer goes off, jot down one word or phrase that came up.
No judgment. No overanalyzing.
Thatโs it. Youโve created space.
And the more you practice this kind of pause (even just once a day) the more clarity begins to feel like a friend who always shows up when thereโs room for her.
๐ Your Next Step Isnโt More Effort
If youโve been feeling stuck, unclear, or like youโre โalmost thereโ but not quiteโitโs okay.
Youโre not doing anything wrong.
Youโre just not meant to force clarity.
Youโre meant to receive it.
And you receive it…by making space.
Space to feel.
Space to not know.
Space to let the next right step arise from within, instead of outside advice.
So this is your invitation:
Pause.
Make space.
Let the rest find you.
It always will.
In your own perfect timing.
