Absolutely! Therapeutic art is about the process rather than the end result. You don’t need any prior artistic experience or skill to participate. My sessions are inclusive and accessible to individuals of all levels, and the emphasis is on using art as a tool for personal reflection, growth, and healing.

Therapeutic art can benefit anyone experiencing emotional barriers, stress, anxiety, trauma, or seeking personal growth. It provides a safe and non-judgmental space for self-expression and reflection, guiding you through self-awareness, empowerment, and resilience.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous before starting something new, especially when it involves exploring emotions and creativity. With every client, I create sessions specific to their needs and goals. I understand the courage it takes to invest in yourself and be open to vulnerability, because that is what has brought me to where I am today and I want to show you how you can do the same for yourself.

The sessions I create, integrate art-making activities with mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing, guided visualization, and sensory awareness exercises. By combining these practices, you can deepen you connection with your inner-self, tap into their creative intuition, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and self-trust.

While my approach incorporates therapeutic principles and techniques, it’s important to note that our sessions together are not a substitute for professional therapy or counselling. However, many individuals find therapeutic art to be a valuable complement to their existing therapeutic journey or as a standalone practice for personal growth and self-care.
